Invisalign treatment

Invisalign treatment consists of a consultation at our dental office where we will examine your mouth and discuss your options. If you are suitable for the treatment and want to proceed, further visits will be necessary.

We begin by taking a mold of your mouth and sending it away to the Invisalign lab. They will create a series of aligners that will need to be changed every two weeks. Each will very gradually move your teeth together until they are straight.

A typical course of Invisalign treatment takes between nine to eighteen months. Regular visits to our dental office will be necessary to assess progress and to ensure you’re still completely happy with the treatment. Once treatment is complete, your teeth should stay straight forever.
